Each individual may create only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected — whether through the same device, IP address, identity or payment method — all associated accounts will be closed immediately and the balance may be forfeited.

hbaja provides weekly cashback across five VIP tiers: Bronze — up to 0.2%, Silver — up to 0.5%, Gold — up to 0.7%, Platinum — up to 1.0% and Diamond — up to 1.2% weekly cashback. Advancement to a higher tier depends on the user's activity and participation.

6.1 Rules for Placing Bets

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. The user takes responsibility for verifying all information correctly before placing a bet. If a bet remains incomplete due to a technical issue, loss of connection or any other reason, hbaja will resolve the matter in accordance with the relevant rules.

6.2 Cricket and Sports Betting

Betting is available on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and other international tournaments. If a match is cancelled or the result is declared void for an undetermined reason, the relevant bets will be settled in accordance with applicable rules. Odds in live betting may change at any time.

6.3 Casino and Slots Games

All casino games and slots operate on an audited Random Number Generator (RNG) system that ensures fair and transparent outcomes. Game results are entirely random and cannot be influenced in any way by hbaja or its staff.

6.4 Dispute Resolution

• Harassing, threatening or defrauding other users.

8.1 Closure by hbaja

hbaja reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account at any time without prior notice, due to a breach of these terms, suspicious activity or security-related reasons. In such cases, any legitimate balance will be returned, but bonus or promotional funds will be considered void.

8.2 Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. All pending withdrawals will be completed before the account closure request is processed.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

An account may be marked as inactive if there has been no login or transaction for 12 months or more. A maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts. Contact the support team to reactivate your account.
